We offer our trainee programme, which offers on-the-job training and support to achieve industry qualifications. Our trainee program transforms individuals into fully qualified line mechanics, ready for continuous professional development. From there, you lead the road to your success.

Connexis offers the Gateway Programme, where students can immerse themselves in the operations, design, engineering, and project management side of our business. This valuable experience gives local students a peek into our industry and can lead to a Level 2 qualification, setting a strong foundation for a potential career.
