Residential connection form
This form is to apply for a new residential connection on our network.
Subdivision connection form
This form is to apply for a new subdivision connection on our network.
Industrial/commercial connection form
This form is to apply for a new industrial or commercial connection on our network.
Change your connection form
This form is to apply for changes to a connection on our network.
Close approach acknowledgement
This form is for working near our overhead or underground network.
High Load application form
This form must be filled out for moving loads over 4.3m in height.
Sponsorship application form
This form is for sponsorship for your organisation, project or activity.
Distributed Generation form

Customer complaint form
