Our team will assess the issue and determine whether it is a network-related fault.
There is no callout fee for faults on our network. However, if we need to attend your property multiple times for non-network related issues, charges may occure. If an electrician is contacted before us and the issue is found to be network-related, electrician costs will not be reimbursed.
Calling us first helps ensure the fastest resolution and avoids unnecessary costs.
