Would you like an email advising you of any planned outage that will affect your home or business?
The next time we plan an outage, which will affect your premises, we will automatically email you advising of the day, time and a brief explanation of the reason for the outage. This service will be in addition to the notice you normally receive from your electricity retailer.
If you would like to take advantage of this service just email your ICP and email address to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your ICP number can be found on your electricity account. If you cannot find it, ring us or your electricity retailer.
