We’re proud to be a part of the Waipā community and support events and organisations across our network. Our sponsorship programme backs initiatives in education, energy hardship, arts and culture, and sustainability.

We prioritise projects that
- Benefit our communities
- Provide opportunities for us to engage with our customers
- Are free for the public to attend or participate in
- Reach a large number of people in Waipā
- Have high visibility
While we’d love to support every kaupapa, we receive many sponsorship requests and unfortunately can’t support them all. We’re unlikely to sponsor individuals, hobby or personal interest groups, religious, political, or high-risk events or activities.
