Waipā Networks welcomes new board director Jen Crawford

We’re pleased to announce the appointment of Jen Crawford to the Waipā Networks board of directors this month.

Jen is a professional director and brings a wealth of governance experience across infrastructure, environmental management, and regional development. She currently serves on the boards of Orion New Zealand Ltd, Christchurch NZ, Nelmac, and MHV Water, and is Chair of Rangitata Diversion Race Management Ltd.

With a professional background as a resource management lawyer, Jen practised for over two decades in New Zealand and the UK, including as a Partner at Anderson Lloyd. She is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Directors and a member of the International Women’s Infrastructure Network.

Board Chair Jonathan Kay says Jen’s appointment strengthens the commitment of Waipā Networks to sustainable growth and regional leadership.

“Jen’s expertise in infrastructure and environmental governance, combined with her strategic insight, will be invaluable as we continue to invest in resilient, future-focused energy solutions for Waipā communities,” says Kay.
