An application administration fee of $172.50 (incl GST) is required before your application is processed unless you’re downgrading your connection due to a solar install.

You can pay the application fee online using your name as the payment reference. We don’t accept credit card payments.

Once we receive your application, we’ll make progress. There’s no application fee if you apply for a downgrade for a solar connection.

If your quote is straightforward, you’ll receive it within ten working days. For more complex jobs, we’ll provide an estimate and an outline of the next steps.

However, if you want a repair quote and your power is off, we’ll send you a quote sooner so you can be back up and running.
