Customer Initiated Work (CIW) application fee
We’ve introduced a one-time Customer Initiated Work (CIW) application fee to support network upgrades and ensure we have the necessary resources to complete your connection.
- The fee is $1000 (including GST) and applies to all services, including designs, quotes, clearance letters, and more.
- You’ll only pay once per project.
- If a capital contribution is required, we’ll deduct the fee from your total.
- The fee is non-refundable and valid for three months from the date of your quote.
- If you request a re-quote after the three-month period, the fee may apply again.
- We’ll begin work once the fee is paid.
Terms and Conditions:
- All customer-initiated requests will incur an application fee.
- The fee is non-refundable; however, if a capital contribution is required, the fee will be applied to it.
- The fee covers all necessary documents required for the request.
- The fee will be charged per request and will remain valid for three months from the date the quote was issued.
- If a quote is issued but not accepted, the fee may be recharged if a request for a requote is made after the 3-month validity period has expired.
- The fee must be paid before we begin working on your request.
