Cultivating excellence at Waikato Tree Services

Waikato Tree Services arborist Jason Gwynn has been nominated to compete for the National Young Horticulturist of the Year 2023 award.

Jason’s nomination is a testament to his exceptional skills, passion and dedication to the work he does within Waikato Tree Services and Waipā Networks.

As the recent Young Arborist of the Year award recipient, Jason’s talent and expertise have already been recognised within the industry. Now, he can showcase his abilities at a national level, representing Waipā Networks.

The National Young Horticulturist of the Year competition involves a series of practical and theoretical challenges designed to test the participants’ horticultural expertise. It serves as a platform to celebrate and foster emerging talent in horticulture.

Jason’s colleagues at Waikato Tree Services and Waipā Networks could not be prouder to have him representing Waipā in this year’s competition.
