At Waipā Networks, we’re committed to building strong local connections and providing a reliable service for everyone in our community. To help with our continuous improvement, we are inviting all Waipā Networks connected customers to complete a survey about our services and the local initiatives and organisations we support.

The findings from this survey will help shape how we communicate and connect with the people and businesses we serve today, as well as inform our future evolution of services and relationships.

Invitations to the survey have been emailed out to all Waipā Networks connected customers, and selected business customers may also receive a call from our independent research partner, Key Research, to complete the survey by phone. Keep an eye on your inbox for your link.
