Get shutdown notices by email
Would you like an email advising you of any planned outage affecting your home or business?
The next time we plan an outage, which will affect your premises, we will automatically email you advising of the day, time and a brief explanation of the reason for the outage. This service will be in addition to the notice you normally receive from your electricity retailer.
If you want to take advantage of this service, email your ICP and email address to retailservices@waipanetworks.co.nz. You can find your ICP number on your electricity account. If you cannot find it, ring your electricity retailer or us.
